These terms cover the public website only. They do not create a service contract or a warranty. Cost ranges and soil notes are educational copy, not a bid and not a diagnosis for your lot.

The site is informational

Pages describe typical Washington County and Tri-Cities septic situations. TDEC rules, clay, and published market chatter are context. A truck and open lids are the only look we stand behind. The pump-out estimator will not invent a failed drain field.

Quotes, phone, and email

Use the quote form or write info@johnsoncityseptic.com. A submitted form is a request, not a scheduled job, until we write back and you accept the work. If sewage is in the house, stop extra water use and mark the form emergency.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Tennessee law, Johnson City Septic is not liable for decisions you make from this copy, including whether to buy a house or replace a field. When we do contracted work, that agreement controls.

Changes
